We're not your typical consulting firm and we aren’t a traditional design firm, either. Designed intentionally to take on the evolution of work, we combine creative problem solving, corporate leadership experience and decades of design + construction, with a uniquely informed vision for the future of work; into a new type of consulting organization. What’s more, we’re obsessed with outcomes over all else and in the brave new world of the future of work, we are defining the new metrics of success along the way.
Led by Brett Hautop, AIA, we have built the organization with a unique formula, optimized to deliver superhuman outcomes with a small but mighty squad - distributed, agile, highly experienced, and passionate about work and place. Each member of our globally distributed team brings decades of experience from both sides of the table: as service providers who've built workplace solutions, and as corporate leaders who've lived with the consequences.

Experiences
Hands-on, in person experiences that transport you into the future of work. Open minds and expand what’s possible. Teach participants to think differently about their in-person work experience .
We can deliver these experiences for corporate function teams (Workplace, HR, IT, Ops, etc) or employee teams. We offer ½ to 2 day sessions for up to 50 participants per session. Host at your workplace or ask us to find a site.

Observation + Assessment
Our unique and highly effective process of observation and data collection allows us to quickly and expertly assess your workplace experience. Our engagement is lightweight; the insights are powerful. After a quick information gathering session, we come to you. We immerse ourselves in your workplace and we quietly collect and engage. We develop a findings report that not only assesses what you deliver, but also how you deliver it. Insights and recommendations are shared directly, in the locations that were assessed.

Experiments
Interested in trying our new ideas, but don’t feel safe to try or know where to start? We can help. We have developed one of the most robust workplace experimentation programs in the world and we are now offering our skills and insights to you. We can do everything from testing products on your behalf, to setting up off-site or on-site experimental experiences, to helping you develop/operate a full fledged experimentation program.
